TADA Automation — Proof of Concept

This POC demonstrates the core loop from the requirement deck: configurable rates, GPS-based distance classification, the mandatory special-case approval control, a simplified 2-step approval chain, and a basic cost dashboard. Location is captured with the browser's free Geolocation API and classified with the Haversine distance formula — no paid map API is used.

1. Rate Master

Editable, region-wise rates — HQ/Outstation/fuel/bus fare/hilly allowance.

2. Submit Claim

Employee captures GPS location; distance and classification are computed automatically.

3. Approvals

Supervisor then HR review, with the mandatory 30–50km special-case control enforced.

4. Dashboard

Comparative cost view across all claims.
