Region Cost / Sales Report

Equivalent to the "June Report" tab's regional rollup — TADA entitlement cost summed by region against sales revenue. Sales revenue comes from the sales/ERP system, not the TADA claim PDF, so it's a manual/sample figure here for the demo.
